Privacy
This site has no forms and no accounts. Since 2 November 2026 it runs Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies only if you allow them, and Google is the only third party that receives anything through it. The web server also keeps an access log. This page describes the analytics and that log, and explains your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019 and where to complain.
What this build does and does not do
Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Allow analytics cookies" in the bar at the bottom of the page; before you choose, or after "Decline", no analytics cookie is stored. Google Analytics 4 runs on every page, as the next section explains. There are no forms, so nothing you type is sent anywhere. There are no accounts, newsletters or comments. There are no embedded videos, maps or social widgets. The fonts are served from this domain, not from a font service. Apart from the Google Analytics script, loaded from googletagmanager.com, and what that tag sends to Google, the only requests your browser makes are to this domain for the page, its fonts and its images.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded from googletagmanager.com on every page and runs in Google consent mode. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always set to "denied". If you have not chosen yet, or chose "Decline", no analytics cookie is stored, but the tag still sends Google cookieless page-view signals: the page address, the time, and browser and device details. If you choose "Allow analytics cookies", first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga are set so that repeat visits can be recognised.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage under the key ga-consent. You can change your analytics choice at any time; the bar opens again. Google processes what it receives under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy, and may process it outside Kenya.
What the server logs
Like every web server, the one that serves this site writes an access log. A line in it records the address of the page requested, the date and time, the IP address of the device that asked, the address of the page that linked here if your browser sent one, and the browser's description of itself. The log is used to keep the server running and to see, in aggregate, which pages are read. It is not joined to any other data, and nobody is identified from it. How long the hosting provider keeps its logs will be stated here with the publisher's details when those are published; this page does not guess at a figure.
Third parties: Google only
Google receives the analytics data described above. No other third party receives anything from this site about you. There is no advertising network, no content delivery network for fonts, and no embedded service.
Your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019
The Data Protection Act, 2019 was assented to on 8 November 2019 and commenced on 25 November 2019. Section 2 defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, and a data controller as the person or body that determines the purpose and means of processing it. Section 26 gives you, as a data subject, the right to be informed of the use of your data, to access it, to object to its processing, and to have false or misleading data corrected or deleted. Section 25(h) lists among the data protection principles that personal data may not be transferred outside Kenya without proof of adequate safeguards or your consent.
Section 56 lets you complain to the Data Commissioner orally or in writing, and requires the complaint to be investigated and concluded within 90 days. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) states that section 18 of the Act and the 2021 Registration Regulations require organisations that process personal data to register, with a certificate issued within 14 days and valid for 24 months, and it publishes a searchable public register of data handlers showing name, registration number, county and status. This site's publisher is not yet named, so no registration status can be shown here; it will be stated with the publisher's details.
Betting operators and your data
A betting site holds far more of your data than this one does, by law. Regulation 82(1) and (2) of the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026 (L.N. 112) make an identity check, a location check and an age assurance check mandatory before an online account is activated and before the first deposit, and regulation 41(c) requires geo-location technology to block access from prohibited locations. Your section 26 rights apply to that operator as a data controller, section 56 gives you the ODPC as the place to complain, and the ODPC register lets you check whether the operator is registered as a data handler.
Analytics switched on
Google Analytics was switched on on 2 November 2026, and this page was updated that day to describe it; the corrections log records the change. Any other feature that collects data will be described here before it goes live.
